Where is St. Andrews?
St. Andrews is located in South Shreveport adjacent to Southern Trace Country Club and near Provenance. From I-49, exit east on Southern Loop to the first traffic light. Turn right (south) on Wallace Lake Road and go ¾ of a mile. St. Andrews’ gate is on the left.
How big are your lots?
Our lots begin at approximately one acre, and our largest is nearly 4 acres
What is the minimum house size?
3,000 square feet of heated area, 3,500 square feet overall. We’re as concerned about quality of construction as size alone.
Is the entrance gated?
Yes, we have a state of the art electronic gate operated by transponders for residents and a keypad for guests.
Are there protective covenants to help ensure the long term value of my home?
Yes. Our covenants are similar to what you would find in comparable large estate developments.
How large will St. Andrews be?
We have master planned a total of about 50 lots covering 85 acres.
Is AT&T U-verse available?
Yes. AT&T U-verse is available
Who can use the ponds?
Any lot owner with frontage on a pond may enjoy the entirety of that pond by means of a non-motorized boat (though electric trolling motors may be used).
Will there be sidewalks throughout St. Andrews?
Yes.
Are City water and sewer available?
Yes, St. Andrews has been annexed into the City of Shreveport.
What are homeowner association dues?
$500 per year.
What if I’ve picked out a lot but I’m waiting on my banker to approve my financing?
After street construction, a 5% down payment will hold your lot for forty-five days while you complete your financing, if necessary.
Do you build the houses?
No, you are welcome to use any builder you choose. If you do not have a builder, we would be happy to suggest a few names.
Can I buy two lots and combine them?
Yes, but you would still be obligated for HOA dues for both.
I would like a larger lot. Can you customize a lot for me in a future unit?

Is there a time limit from when I buy my lot to when I must begin construction?
No.
