Yes, we have begun construction on Unit 3, Roxbury Place. The unit will consist of 19 lots. We plan to clear the right of way now so as to be ready to pour asphalt once things dry out this spring.

What if I am interested in one of the new lots?

We will accept contracts during this pre-sale stage with a 10% down payment that will be credited to the purchase price at closing. Once the construction has been certified complete and to standards by a civil engineer, a buyer will have 45 days to close on the lot. You should probably expect to close late spring or early summer. Ask about our pre-sale discount!
